Just before the pandemic locked everything down, we took a trip away for Christmas. It was our first time away from our cat who was just one year old. We were nervous parents, but our little Adhira was fine. We didn't know how she would be around other cats, but she even made kitty friends. She had a "kitty condo" all to herself and was perfectly happy with us when we picked her up. Fast forward three years later and we were able to head away for a post-pandemic Christmas, this time with TWO kitties needing a place to stay. Both Bandit and Adhira were able to be safe and healthy at Cat's Paradise, and next time we've booked them an even bigger "kitty condo."

We’re proud kitty-parents to Turbo, a beautiful male bengal! He’s been coming to visit this kennel since he was just a kitten and he’s now 9 years old! I cannot say enough good things about Hana and her team and how comfortable we feel when we leave Turbo for our family vacations! I honestly never worry that he won’t be completely looked after and cared for. It’s just such a huge peace of mind and one less thing you need to worry about while travelling! I love that they post photos of him while he’s visiting and we always enjoy looking at them while we are away! It helps that we get to see what he’s up to! Kuddos to the whole team for doing such a fantastic job!

Molly and I have been very lucky to discover Cats Paradise many years ago.

Every time Molly stays with you guys, she loves it so much, she doesn’t want to leave when I pick her up.

We’re so happy to have found Cats Paradise! It’s often difficult to leave your pet behind without worrying about whether they’ll be ok in your absence, but we never worry when leaving our cat with Hana and her team. We know that he will always have a great time at Cats Paradise and will be well taken care of by people who truly love and understand cats. The whole facility is very safe for our feline friend and each room has everything a cat could want. You can easily tell how much care goes into maintaining everything in top shape, and we know that our cat is treated as well as he is at home. Thank you Hana and team!

We have been taking our cats to Cat's Paradise Spa and Boarding Retreat since I found it online in 2012.

Spencer has been many times and knows his way around like a pro. His favourite position is halfway through the kitty door so his face is outside in the fresh air and his butt is in the warmth of his room. He is not very sociable with other cats but enjoys exploring the kitty park on his own, when the weather is nice. He loves the staff and allows Jane to brush his teeth twice a week.

Ray and JoJo were social butterflies who loved to wander around loose and say hello to all the other kitties that were staying at the Spa. They also loved to play outside, with JoJo climbing the trees to get up high, and Ray rolling around on the patio stones. Despite being blind, Ray knew his way around the Spa very well, and was a favourite of the staff.

Thank you for taking such good care of Henry. He clearly had a great time and was in no hurry to come home. :) Thank you so much to Jayne and Jin who were so great to post videos and photos; it is such a comfort to see him happy and at play, it helps us relax knowing he is in good hands. So grateful that he is loved almost as much by the folks at Cats Paradise as he is at home.
